CAC registration status and number
Years in operation and whether you handle delivery

Street address, state, and city \u2014 city autocompletes by state
Whether you have a physical storefront
Website and Instagram \u2014 optional

Preferred contact method \u2014 Email, Phone, or WhatsApp
Terms of Service agreement \u2014 required to proceed

Step 3 of 4 \u2014 Review & Approval

After submitting, your application enters Pending Review. The admin team manually evaluates your details \u2014 there is no automated approval.

Approved

You are redirected straight into your vendor dashboard, ready to start setting up your store.

Rejected

A reason is shown if provided. Tap Apply Again to correct your details and resubmit.
