Every completed order earns you money
Two components make up your gross revenue
Item Subtotal
Sum of all products & add-ons × quantity selected by the customer
Delivery Fee
Logistics charge paid by the customer — included in your gross revenue
Both amounts are visible on every order receipt and aggregated on your finance dashboard.
When Revenue Is Recorded
Order status triggers revenue
Only completed orders count toward earnings
DeliveredDispatchedCancelledRefunded
Revenue is recorded the moment an order reaches Delivered or Dispatched status
Cancelled and refunded orders are excluded from all earnings calculations
Currency
Nigerian Naira (₦)
Stored in kobo internally for precision
All on-screen amounts are displayed in Naira (₦)
Internally stored in kobo — 1 ₦ = 100 kobo — to avoid floating-point rounding
No currency conversion; all transactions are Nigeria-only
